Insure Your Aid (1-Year)

The Insure Your Aid Program covers the cost of repairing or replacing your accidentally lost or damaged hearing aid(s). In case of damage or loss, the manufacturer will repair or replace your hearing aid and return it to your dispensing office/clinic. Midwest Hearing Industries will make payment direct to the manufacturer for the repair or replacement. With BASIC coverage, all incidental service charges (for ear molds, hearing tests, shipping and handling, etc.) by your dispensing office/clinic will be your responsibility.

PLUS 150 Program (1-Year)

Conventional BTE or ITE $110.00 (except Florida $115.00) per hearing aid
CIC, Programmable, or Advanced Technology Instruments $170.00 per hearing aid
Digitals $200.00 (except Florida $220.00) per hearing aid

The PLUS 150 program provides the same protection against loss or damage as the BASIC policy. In addition, Midwest Hearing Industries will reimburse your dispensing office/clinic $150 of incidental service charges directly associated with the replacement of your hearing aid.

Refitting Allowance Program (1-Year)

Conventional BTE or ITE $75.00 per hearing aid
CIC, Programmable, or Advanced Technology Instruments $120.00 per hearing aid
Digitals $170.00 per hearing aid

The Refitting Allowance Program also covers the cost of repairing or replacing your accidentally lost or damaged hearing aid(s). In case of damage or loss, the manufacturer will repair or replace your hearing aid and return it to your dispensing office/clinic. Midwest Hearing Industries will make payment directly to the manufacturer for the repair or replacement and a refitting allowance will be paid to your dispensing office/clinic.
